Damages and Issues
While we inspect our goods before dispatch, we acknowledge that errors may still occur. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/order. If you believe there are issues with your order, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days with your order number, description of the error, and photo evidence (if applicable). We would be happy to help you out and rectify the issue.
